A doula by your side

You’ll have access to all of the support, encouragement & knowledge I can give, any time you need it, as well as emotional and hands-on support during the big day! I offer a safe space where you can voice exactly what you want and need, as well as your fears, dreams, plans and anything else that comes up for you! Together we will strive to keep a calm atmosphere where the focus is always on what’s best for you and your family.

Labour & Birth Package

One free consultation in person or on the phone/video call

Unlimited support via emails and text messages during your pregnancy

Two prenatal In-Person visits to go over your birth plan & things that may come up during the process

We will go over comfort measures to ensure you're comfortable/aware of what I will be offering on the big day

Doula support during labour, birth and the first 4 hours with baby (includes breastfeeding support)

Guaranteed 24hrs On-Call as of 37 weeks (backup doula included, in the rare event I'm unavailable)

3 Postpartum In-Person visits to ensure all is going well with you and baby.

Access to a network of doulas and evidence-based resources

References, visual aids and research sent to you as needed
